Welcome

We're glad you're here! Covington Family Office helps our family collaborate with values-aligned organizations. First, it helps us identify and connect with like-minded and like-hearted charitable organizations. Second, it helps us identify and evaluate potential alternative investments in: venture capital, private equity, oil & gas, commercial real estate.

Our core values below provide alignment with our partners. Our collaborations tab above links to a sampling of charitable and business partners we have engaged with over the last couple years.

    Integrity

Honesty, authenticity and follow-through are foundational requirements. We participate only with organizations with true cultures of honesty and transparency. Integrity and passion fuel the soul. And, Integrity is more than honesty of words and action. Integrity encompasses the entire endeavor, the entire team, the way of working, the attention to detail. Integrity of the connective tissue between strategy, people, process and technology. Our philanthropy is integrally based on our faith in Christ.

    Strategy

We invest in special teams with strategies that have been well-thought-through with long, gradual track records of steady journey in a specific direction - with painstaking steps taken in order to refine and persist toward measurable progress. We collaborate with experts - those rare people humbly committed to their particular craft for many years. Strategy must include differentiation. Our business ventures are two flavors: passive investments and active involvement where we provide consulting and/or board participation. Our phlanthropy begins with our local church and includes intential outreach to people around the world. We have a heart for students, young people and early-career adults, especially helping them find their calling. We also care deeply about the US military and their families.

    Growth

Growth of people and measurable results. Profitable growth is an important indicator of viability in business. But, it does not completely define success. We strive for growth and flourishing of individuals, teams and organizations. In philanthropy, we look for ways to come alongside existing organizations to continue paths that earlier or wiser teams have established. Growth involves optimism toward a better future. A growth mindset recognizes that every individual is embued with immeasurable value by God. As such, we endeavor to treat every person we meet with respect, care and love - knowing that everyone matters.
