Integrity
The handshake is the deal. Honesty, authenticity and follow-through are foundational requirements. Integrity is more than honesty of words and action. Integrity encompasses the entire endeavor, the entire team, the way of working, the attention to detail. Integrity of the connective tissue between strategy, people, process and technology.
Strategy
We invest in special teams with extreme focus on excellence - people humbly committed to their particular craft. Our phlanthropy begins with our local church and includes outreach to people around the world. We have a heart for students, young people and early-career adults, especially helping them find their calling. We also care deeply about the US war fighters and their families.
Growth
We strive for growth and flourishing of individuals, teams and organizations. We look for ways to come alongside existing organizations to continue to build. Growth involves optimism toward a better future. A growth mindset recognizes that every individual is embued with immeasurable value by God.
